About Us

We raise the bar when it comes to recycling. What started out in a garage in a small village outside of Frankfurt, Germany, has turned into an operation leading the industry in the mechanical recycling of engineering plastics and the production of high-quality compounds based on recycled material. OEMs and various tier-suppliers manufacture great products with ZIA-compounds everyday.

Ziamid® A3 TSZ

Nylon 66 IM

Ziamid® A3 TSZ is an impact modified Nylon 66, also known as PA 66, injection molding grade. This premium engineering compound, made from high quality recycling material, is designed to deliver exceptional toughness without compromising stiffness or dimensional stability and the flagship product of MKV. Ziamid® A3 TSZs enhanced impact resistance ensures reliable performance in demanding applications, even under dynamic loads or harsh environments.

Ziamid® A3.30

Nylon 66 GF30

Ziamid® A3.30 is a high‑performance, 30% glass‑fiber‑reinforced Nylon 66 (PA66 GF30) engineered for exceptional strength and stability. Made for injection molding, it delivers reliable performance in mechanically demanding applications and maintains its integrity even at elevated operating temperatures. Its durability and consistency make it a trusted choice across outdoor and gardening equipment, electrical and electronics (E&E), agricultural machinery, and automotive components.

Ziamid® B3.30

Nylon 6 GF30

Ziamid B3.30 is a Nylon 6, also known as Polyamid 6 or PA6, reinforced with glass fibre (a content of 30%). A staple product like no other, this injection mold grade is regularly used in power tool, gardening and automotive applications.

Ziaform® C

POM (c)

Polyoxymethylene, also known as acetal or polyacetal, is a tough, engineering thermoplastic. Polyoxymethylene copolymer or POM-c, such as Ziaform® C, provides a robust balance of mechanical performance and chemical resilience for demanding engineering applications. Offering durability in challenging environments, it can be easily machined and processed. POM-c is slightly lower in hardness than POM homopolymer (POM-h).

Ziaform® H

POM (h)

Polyoxymethylene, also known as acetal or polyacetal, is a tough, engineering thermoplastic. Polyoxymethylene homopolymer or POM-h, such as Ziaform® H, provides superior mechanical performance and is ideal for moving parts. Offering durability in challenging environments, it can be easily machined and processed. POM-h provides higher crystallinity and stiffness than POM-c but lower chemical resistance.
